Absolutely, the more the
merrier! Extra order forms are supplied for siblings, parents and
friends. Staff can have their children participate as well. the more
orders the better for your bottom line! |

Do we need to have a minimum number of orders to participate in the fundraiser? |
|
The minimum number of participants is 25. Groups of under 25 and individuals can still participate through our retail program. There is no fundraising component but you still get the experience and the high quality personalized products.

We are not a school but we are fundraising for our skating club. Can we still participate? |
|
Certainly! Our fundraising program is open to all fundraising organizations - schools, churches, choirs, Girl Guides, Boy Scouts, sports clubs, preschools, camps, and corporations. |

How many cards are in a set? |
|
Folding cards have 12 per set packaged with envelopes. Postcards have 24 per set. Calendars and Place Mats are ordered as singles. All orders are organized by classroom for easy distribution. |

My son wants his cards to be blank inside to write his own messages. How do we request this? |
|
You do not have to do anything to request this as all Acorn cards are printed blank inside so they can be used for a variety of occasions. However, as we have had many parents request the option to have an inscription, we offer the choice of 12 inscriptions for the inside of your cards at an additional charge.To choose an inscription, please indicate your inscription of choice as listed on your order form. There is an extra charge for inscriptions which goes toward your fundraising. |

Do all families have to purchase? |
|
No, all students participate without obligation to purchase. Your final invoice will be calculated on the total items ordered. Shipping and taxes are extra. Payment is due when your order forms are submitted for manufacturing.

I've just received a beautiful card from my grandaughter in the mail, how can I order more? |

Additional cards can be reordered at any time during the year. Please give us a call at 1-866-511-4053. We accept Visa only. |

Bonjour, we are a Francophone School and are interested in your program. Do you have materials available in French? |
|
Absolument!!! We have French translations available for some of our program materials which are sent home to parents. Best of all though, our Acorn cards can be printed in French! This has been extremely popular with the many Francophone schools we work with right across the country. Please note, as outlined on our French literature, our Customer Care Centre offers assistance in English only. |

Help! We missed our school deadline for submitting our order and our daughter is devestated. Can we still get her cards made? |
|
Certainly! We can still produce her cards under our retail sales program. All late school orders are processed this way as well as any reorders requested anytime throughout the year. Simply download a copy of our retail order form from our website, acorncustomcards.com. Place the original artwork and completed order form in a protected envelope and send to Acorn Custom Cards along with the appropriate payment. Cheques and VISA are accepted. Acorn will contact you to confirm receipt of your order. |

How long does it take to run your program? |
|

I saw your product and would like to produce sets of cards with my own art work. How do I go about it? |
|
It's easy. Download a retail order form from our website, acorncustomcards.com. In a protected envelope, place your original artwork (8 1/2" x 11" size only), your order form and your payment (a cheque or VISA accepted). Delivery is usually within 2 weeks. |

What are the size of the items?
|
|
Folding cards are 9" x 6" flat. They fold to 6"x 4 1/2". Sets are 12 cards and 12 matching envelopes. Postcards are 6" x 4 1/4" and are packaged 24 per set. Calendars are magnetic and have 15 quick reference months displayed. Size is 8" x 10". Place Mats have a 10mil lamination. They are 12 1/8" x 18".

What happens if we choose not to run the Acorn program after we have received our supplies?
|
|
Acorn provides supplies and ships them to you for free, as long as you run the program. If you cancel subsequent to the shipment of your supplies you have 30 days to return the supplies at your expense or you will be billed for $100.00.

What is most important to ensure the fundraiser is a success?
|
|
There are no guarantees, however, the most important thing is that the artwork is done in class as part of the curriculum. Nicely finished artwork based on something that parents are unlikely to see there child produce at home, dramatically increases the likelihood of a purchase. Doodles or sending the art sheets home blank in the hope that families will produce something together, garner poor results. With the guidance of a teacher or a volunteer, an art class can produce amazing results, even by those not naturally gifted. These results will translate to your bottom line.
